Landing Pages & Funnels

Build a landing page that collects sign-ups into your list, or a funnel of pages that moves visitors along, and publish it at its own web address.

Find it in: Landing Pages & Funnels → Pages & Funnels 11 steps

A landing page is a single web page with one job, usually getting people to sign up: a free guide, a webinar, a waitlist. A funnel is a few pages in a row, for example a sign-up page and then a thank-you page. After someone signs up, they are taken to the next page automatically.

You start from a ready-made design and change it in the visual editor. Everyone who fills in the form is added to the email list you choose, so you can follow up with campaigns and automations. The report shows how many people visited, how many signed up, and where they came from.

Create a landing page

Every page starts from a design. You can change everything about it afterwards.

  1. Open Landing Pages & Funnels

Click Pages & Funnels in the left sidebar. Each card shows a live preview, whether the page is Published or a Draft, its link, and its visitors, sign-ups and conversion rate.

    Click New landing page (1).

  2. Choose what to build and a design

    • Single page or Multi-step funnel (1). Start with a single page if you're not sure; you can add pages later.
    • Name the page and choose the list sign-ups go to under Add sign-ups to (2).
    • Filter the designs by purpose (3), hover a design and click the eye icon to preview it, then click the one you want.

Click Create & open editor. The page opens in the editor as a draft; nobody can see it yet.

Edit and publish

  1. Change the design

Click any text on the page to edit it. Drag new pieces from the panel on the right:

    • Opt-in form (1): a ready sign-up form, plus one field per field of your list. Drop fields inside the dashed Form area so they're part of the form.
    • Sections: a hero, features, testimonial, FAQ, a call-to-action band, and a Next step button that links to the funnel's next page.
    • Basic: headings, text, images, buttons and video.

Use the device icons at the top to check the page on a phone. Click Save as you go.

  2. Publish

Click Publish (2) at the top right of the editor. It saves your changes and puts the page live, then shows the link with a Copy link button. After that the button reads Update live page: click it to publish later changes.

  3. Manage the page

Click ← at the top left of the editor to go to the page's overview. It shows the live link (1), your numbers, and buttons to Edit design (2), preview the page, or change its settings. To turn the page into a funnel, use Add a page (3).

Settings: list, address, tracking

  1. Choose where sign-ups go

Open the Settings tab. Under General set the page's name, the end of its web address, and Add sign-ups to list. If that list uses double opt-in, new subscribers get a confirmation email first.

Further down you can set the title and description shown in Google and on social media, add your Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or Meta Pixel ID, send each sign-up to another app with a Webhook, and add custom code such as a chat widget. Click Save at the bottom.

Build a funnel

A funnel is simply more than one page. Visitors start on the first page; after signing up they go to the next visible page.

  1. See and reorder the pages

The Pages tab lists the pages in the order visitors see them, each with a preview and its own numbers. Drag a page, or use the arrows (1), to change the order. Click Add page (2) to add one.

  2. Add a page

Pick the Page type (1): Opt-in, Landing Page, Thank You or Custom Page. The designs below change to match. After a sign-up page, Thank You is chosen for you. Click Add & open editor.

  3. Decide what happens after sign-up

Open a page's … menu and choose Page settings. Under After someone signs up on this page (1), choose Go to the next page, Go to another website, or Show a thank-you message.

Here you can also add tags to everyone who signs up on this page (handy for automations), hide the page, or change its address.

Use your own domain

  1. Connect a domain

Open the Domains tab, type your domain (for example offer.yourbrand.com) and click Add. The tab shows the DNS record to create at your domain provider: a CNAME for a subdomain, or A records for a root domain. Add it, then click Verify.

DNS changes can take from a few minutes to an hour; we also re-check every hour. Once verified, the page opens on your domain with HTTPS, and your link switches to the new address.

Read the report

  1. Open the report

Click Report at the top of the page overview. Choose Last 7, 30 or 90 days. You'll see visitors and sign-ups per day, your conversion rate, and for a funnel Page by page: how many visitors reached each page and how many didn't continue. Top sources, Devices and Countries show where your visitors come from.

    Sample figures.

Common questions

Where do sign-ups go?

Into the list chosen under Settings → Add sign-ups to list, following that list's rules (double opt-in, required fields). Each new subscriber's history shows which landing page they came from.

What is my page's web address?

It's shown at the top of the page overview and on its card, and you can change the end of it under Settings. With your own domain connected, the page opens there instead.

Why does a visitor see "Page not found"?

The page isn't published, or that page is hidden. Publish it, or open Page settings and turn on Visible to visitors.

Can I reuse a page?

Yes. Choose Duplicate from its … menu in the list. The copy starts as a draft.

Does unpublishing delete anything?

No. Unpublish only takes the pages offline. Designs, settings and report data stay, and you can publish again at any time.
