Know exactly what happened after you hit send

Opens, clicks, bounces, unsubscribes and link-by-link performance on every send, with geography built in.

Every send gets a report that goes past the headline rate: which links were clicked and by whom, where the opens came from, which addresses bounced and why, and who unsubscribed. The same numbers drive automation conditions, so a workflow can branch on what someone actually did.

What you get

  • Opens, clicks, bounces, complaints and unsubscribes on every campaign and automation.
  • Link-by-link click reporting, so you can see which call to action carried the send.
  • Geography and device breakdowns built in — no third-party analytics tag required.
  • Export any report, or pull the same data over the REST API.
  • Per-subscriber history, so a report is a list of people rather than only a percentage.
  • The same events feed automation conditions, so reporting and targeting cannot disagree.

How it works

What using it actually looks like, start to finish.

  1. Send as normal

Tracking is on by default, on your own tracking domain where you have configured one. There is no tag to install and nothing to switch on per campaign.

  2. Read past the headline

Open and click rates are the summary. Underneath sit the individual links, the countries, the devices, the bounces with their reasons, and the people behind each number.

  3. Act on it

Export the log, pull it over the API, or skip the export entirely and branch an automation on the same events.

Questions people ask

Are open rates still reliable?

Less than they used to be — privacy proxies pre-fetch images and inflate them. That is exactly why clicks, link-level detail and per-subscriber history sit on the same report: they are the numbers worth acting on.

Can I get the raw log?

Yes. Tracking, open, click, bounce, feedback and unsubscribe logs can each be downloaded per campaign, or read through the API.

Do I need Google Analytics as well?

Not for what happened inside the email — geography and device breakdowns are built in. You would still use a site analytics tool for what happens after the click lands on your site.
