Your access to your plan. It never expires. The monthly allowances on the plan — emails and verifications — refill every month, the same as on a monthly plan.

Will you still be here in five years?

Nobody can promise a decade. What we can say is that Mailkoo is paid for by ordinary monthly subscribers as well as lifetime buyers, so the business does not depend on selling more lifetime plans to survive.

Do I get new features?

Yes. Every improvement we ship to your plan is included — new features, new sending providers, new automation steps — at no extra cost.

Can I upgrade, downgrade or transfer?

Upgrade whenever you like and pay only the difference. Downgrades and transfers are handled by our support team, because there is a refund or an ownership change to get right.

Is this really a one-time payment?

Yes. You pay once. There is no renewal, no yearly fee and no card kept on file for this purchase.

How can I pay?

Does "lifetime" mean unlimited emails?

Your plan never expires, and its email allowance refills every month. Starter and SMB have a fixed monthly allowance; Agency has no monthly cap. Emails are sent through the sending service you connect, so that service's own limits and prices apply.

What happens if I use up my monthly allowance?

Sending pauses until your allowance refills at the start of the next month, or you can upgrade to a bigger plan and pay only the difference. Nothing is deleted and nothing is charged automatically.

Are there any other costs?

Only for services you choose to connect: a sending service (unless you use Gmail or your own SMTP server), an email verification service, an AI provider key and a Google Places key. You pay those providers directly and Mailkoo adds no mark-up.

Can I move to a bigger plan later?

Yes, at any time. You only pay the difference between the price you paid and the new plan. Your account, lists and campaigns stay exactly as they are.

What does "Unlimited" mean in the table?

There is no cap on that item for your plan. For emails, the limits of the sending service you connect still apply.

Can my team use the same account?

Yes. Starter has 1 login, SMB has 2 and Agency has 3 team members.

Is it the same product as the monthly plans?

Yes. Same product, same servers, same updates. The only difference is how you paid for it.

Is support included?

Yes — the same support every customer gets. A lifetime plan is not a second-class account.

Do I get future updates?
