Put your follow-ups on autopilot
Visual workflows with triggers, waits, conditions, tags and webhooks. Set them up once and let them run.
Build the workflow on a canvas: a trigger on the left, then waits, conditions, branches, tag changes, list moves, webhooks and sends. Anyone entering the workflow is tracked through it, so you can see exactly where people are and where they drop out.
What you get
- Triggers on signup, tag added or removed, birthday, a date field, a recurring schedule, an API call or an abandoned cart.
- Waits, conditions and branches, so one workflow can serve several audiences.
- Actions beyond email: add or remove tags, move between lists, call a webhook.
- Live counts at every step, so a stalled workflow is visible instead of silent.
- Branch on what somebody actually did — opened, clicked, bought — not only on when they joined.
- Trigger a workflow from your own system with a single API call.
How it works
What using it actually looks like, start to finish.
-
Choose what starts it
A signup, a tag, a date field, a birthday, a schedule, an abandoned cart or a call from your own code. The trigger decides who enters and when.
-
Draw the path
Drop waits, conditions and branches onto the canvas between the trigger and the sends. One workflow can cover several audiences instead of being copied per segment.
-
Watch where people stop
Every step shows a live count. A branch nobody reaches, or a wait everybody is stuck in, is visible on the canvas rather than something you find out about a month later.
Questions people ask
Can one person be in several workflows?
Yes. Workflows are independent and each tracks its own entrants, so a welcome series and a birthday workflow do not interfere with each other.
What if I edit a workflow while people are inside it?
People stay at the step they reached, and edits apply to the path ahead of them. That is why the per-step counts matter — you can see who is where before you change anything.
Can a workflow talk to my own systems?
Yes, in both directions: a webhook action calls your endpoint from inside the workflow, and an API call from your side can start one.
