The same menu has shortcuts to Credits used (your plan usage), Subscription & credits, Billing, the User guide, your language, and Log out.

  2. Find your way in Account Settings

The menu on the left has three groups:

    1. Account: Profile, Contact Information, Resource Usage, Assets (your uploaded files and images) and AI Providers (use your own AI key).
    2. Security & Access: Users, Roles and Two-Factor Auth.
    3. Billing & Plan: Subscription, Billing and the Affiliate program, followed by Notifications, Activity Logs and API.

Update your profile and company details

  1. Edit your profile

    Click Profile.

    1. Click Upload photo to add a picture (PNG, JPG, GIF or WebP, up to 5 MB, at least 300×300 px). You can also drag a file onto the box.
    2. Under Account Information, change your First name, Last name and Phone number, and choose your Timezone and Language.

Click Save changes at the bottom of the page.

Your Email address is your login and cannot be changed here.
  2. Add your company and address

Click Contact Information. Fill in Company Information (name, Company / Organization, Office phone, Work email) and your postal Address, with Country and Website URL.

The Billing Details section at the bottom takes your Tax number / VAT ID. Click Save changes.

Keep your account secure

  1. Change your password

Click Profile and scroll to Change Password (1). Type the new password in New password and again in Confirm password, then click Save changes (2).

Leave both fields blank if you only want to save other profile changes.

  2. Turn on two-factor authentication

Click Two-Factor Auth and switch on Enable two-factor authentication (1). From then on you need a code as well as your password to log in. Choose how you get the code:

    1. Email Verification: a one-time code is sent to your email address each time you log in.
    2. Authenticator App: click Set up authenticator, scan the QR code with an app such as Google Authenticator or Authy, type the 6-digit code and click Verify & save.

The switches save as soon as you change them.

Manage your plan and credits

Click Subscription in the settings menu, or Subscription & credits in the account menu.

  1. Read your subscription page

    1. The top row shows your Current plan and Next billing date, your Sending Credits and your Verification Credits (for checking email addresses) left this period. Click the small circular arrow next to a number to refresh it.
    2. Your subscription says which plan you are on, when it renews, and whether Recurring billing is on.
    3. Invoices & Logs lists your invoices (with a Download link once paid) and, on the Logs tab, everything that happened to your subscription. A new account shows No records found.
  2. Change your plan

Click Change plan. Each card shows the price, emails per period and subscriber limit. Click Switch to this plan on the plan you want and confirm.

If the new plan costs money, an invoice is created and you are asked to pay it. Until it is paid, your subscription page shows it with a Pay now button.

  3. Turn recurring billing off, or cancel

    On the Your subscription card:

    1. Disable recurring stops automatic renewal. Your plan then ends at the end of the current period. Click Enable recurring to switch it back on.
    2. Change plan opens the plans page from the previous step.
    3. Cancel subscription ends your subscription. You keep access until the end of the current billing period.
  4. Check your usage against your limits

Click Resource Usage (or Credits used in the account menu). Each card shows how much you use of your plan's limit: Mailing Lists, Campaigns, Subscribers, Automations, Upload Storage, Sending Domains and Team Users. Unlimited means your plan has no cap.

  5. See your credits

Scroll down to Credits. Credits are used up as you work and are refilled each billing cycle: Send Email (one per email sent), Verify Contact, AI Generation and Lead Scraper Lead. The percentage shows how much you have used.

Below, Rate Limits shows how fast you may send (for example, emails per hour), and Entitlements lists the features included in your plan.

Set your billing address

  1. Open Billing

Click Billing in the settings menu (or in the account menu). Billing Address is the address printed on your invoices. Payment Method shows the card or method saved for your subscription and credits, once you have paid with one.

Click Add billing address, or Edit address to change it.

  2. Fill in the address

Fill in the name, Work email, Office phone, address lines, City, State / Province, ZIP / Postal code and Country. Click Copy from contact information to reuse the details from Contact Information.

    Click Update to save.

Add team members and roles

Give colleagues their own login instead of sharing yours. A role decides what each person can see and change.

  1. Open Users

Click Users. The list shows each team member with their Role, Status and Created date. Use the ⋯ button on a row to Edit, Disable, Enable or Delete a user.

Click Add user to invite someone.

  2. Fill in the new user

Enter First name, Last name, Email address, and a Password they will log in with (twice). Optionally add a Phone number and a Profile photo.

Choose a Role: Full Access can do everything, Read Only can look at everything but change nothing, or pick a role you created. Click Save changes.

  3. Open Roles

Click Roles. The two built-in roles, Full Access and Read Only, are marked Default. Click Create role to make your own.

  4. Choose the permissions

Enter a Role name and an optional Description. Under Permissions, each area (Campaign, Mail List, Automation, Template, Form, Sending Server and more) has Full Access or Read Only. Tick one level per area, or none to hide it.

In this example the role can run campaigns (1) but only view lists (2). Save the role, then give it to users on the Users page.

Notifications, activity, language and log out

  1. Read your notifications

Click Notifications in the settings menu, or View all under the bell in the top bar. The tabs filter the list: Active, Unread, Needs action, Alerts, Dismissed and All. You can also search and filter by severity.

Click Mark all read to clear the unread count. Each notification has buttons to mark it unread or dismiss it.

  2. Review recent activity

Click Activity Logs to see what happened in your account, such as campaigns sent or lists changed. Filter by type (Lists, Segments, Subscribers, Campaigns) or search. Activity is kept for 90 days.

  3. Change the language

Open the account menu and click the language line (for example EN | English). In Select language, click the language you want. The app switches right away.

You can also change it with Language on your Profile page.

Only the languages your provider has turned on are listed.
  4. Log out

Open the account menu and click Log out at the bottom. Always log out on a shared or public computer.

Common questions

How do I change my login email address?

You cannot change it yourself: the Email address field on your profile is locked. Contact support if you need to move your account to a different address.

I lost access to my two-factor codes. What now?

If you use Email Verification, the code goes to your login email, so check that inbox (and its spam folder). If you only use an authenticator app and lost your phone, contact support to reset two-factor authentication.

What happens when I run out of sending credits?

Sending stops until your credits are refilled at the start of the next billing cycle. To get more straight away, move to a bigger plan with Change plan.

Where do I find my invoices?

Open Subscription and look at Invoices & Logs. Paid invoices have a Download link.

Can a team member see my billing?

It depends on the role you give them. Read Only users can view account data but not change it. Create a custom role under Roles to decide exactly what each person can do.

Where is my API token?

Click API in the settings menu. See the Integrations guide for how to use it.
