Affiliate program

Share your referral link or a discount code, and earn a share of what the customers you refer pay.

Find it in: Earn → Affiliate 9 steps

The affiliate program pays you a commission when someone you refer becomes a paying customer. You get a personal referral link, can create discount codes for your audience, and follow every signup and commission in your account. When your balance reaches the minimum, you ask for a payout.

You see Earn → Affiliate in the sidebar only when the program is switched on for your account.

Join the program

There is no application form and no approval queue. Opening the affiliate area for the first time makes you an affiliate and creates your link.

  1. Open the affiliate area

    1. In the left sidebar, under Earn, click Affiliate.
    2. You can also get there from your account settings: click Affiliate program in the settings menu.

The page has five tabs: Overview, Referrals, Earnings, Coupons and Payouts.

The figures in these screenshots are sample data.
  2. Read the program terms

The program terms explain how referrals are tracked, what earns commission, when it is confirmed, and what kind of promotion is not allowed — for example spam, bidding on the brand name in ads, or referring yourself.

The terms are a public page at /legal/affiliate-terms. If your provider has set a terms page, a Program terms link also appears under your referral link.

Share your link or a discount code

  1. Copy your referral link

On the Overview tab, find Your referral link. The text above it tells you how long a referral is credited to you and what percentage you earn.

    1. The link has the form https://<site>/r/YOURCODE.
    2. Click Copy link and paste it wherever your audience is: your website, newsletter, videos or social posts.
  2. Create a discount code

    Open the Coupons tab.

    1. Under Offer, pick one of the discounts available to affiliates.
    2. Under Code, type the code people will enter at checkout, for example SUNRAY25. Use letters, numbers, dashes and underscores.
    3. Click Create coupon.

Your codes are listed below with their uses, expiry date and status. Click Disable to stop a code; commissions you already earned from it are kept.

How a referral is counted. When someone clicks your link, a cookie remembers you for a limited time (60 days by default). If they sign up in that time, they are your referral. The first affiliate link a visitor clicks wins. A signup with one of your codes is credited to you even without the cookie. Your own account never earns commission.

Track your referrals and earnings

  1. Read your dashboard

    The Overview tab shows:

    1. Referred signups, Paying customers and Conversion rate — how many people signed up through you and how many of them pay. Next to them are your Pending, Available and Lifetime earnings.
    2. Earnings over time — a monthly chart. Switch between 6 months, 12 months and 24 months.
  2. See who signed up

Open the Referrals tab. Each row is an account that signed up through you.

    • Source — Link, Coupon or Added by admin.
    • Status — Signed up, or Paying once they have paid.

For privacy, only the first letters of each customer's name are shown.

  3. Follow every commission

Open the Earnings tab. Each row shows the customer, the payment Type (for example New subscription or Renewal), the Payment, your Rate and what You earn.

Use the All statuses filter to see one status:

    • Pending — recorded, waiting out the hold period (30 days by default) in case of a refund.
    • Available — ready to withdraw.
    • Paid — included in a payout.
    • Void — cancelled, for example because the payment was refunded.

You earn on what your referral actually pays, after any discount and before tax, for the period shown on your Overview tab.

Get paid

Payouts are not automatic. You save where the money should go, then ask for a payout when your available balance reaches the minimum.

  1. Add your payout details

Open the Payouts tab and find Payout details.

    1. Choose a Method, for example PayPal, bKash or Bank transfer (the choice depends on your provider).
    2. Fill in the fields for that method, such as PayPal email. Add Notes for us if needed.
    3. Click Save details.
  2. Request a payout

At the top of the Payouts tab you see your amount Available to withdraw and the minimum withdrawal.

    1. When the available amount reaches the minimum, click Request payout.
    2. Your payouts are listed at the bottom with their status — Awaiting payment, Paid or Declined — and the payment reference.

You can have one request open at a time. A person reviews each request before it is paid.

Common questions

Do I need to apply to join?

No. Opening Earn → Affiliate for the first time makes you an affiliate and gives you your link straight away.

Why is a new commission still Pending?

Each commission waits out a hold period (30 days by default) in case the payment is refunded or charged back. After that it becomes Available and you can withdraw it.

Someone clicked my link but is not in my referrals. Why?

Tracking needs the cookie set by your link. Cleared cookies, private windows, blockers or signing up on another device break the trail. If they clicked another affiliate’s link first, that affiliate keeps the referral. A discount code does not depend on cookies, so it is a good second option.

Can I use my own link or code?

No. Your own account does not earn commission, and using your own link or code on an account you control voids the commission it creates.

What happens if a referral asks for a refund?

The commission from that payment becomes Void. If it was already paid out to you, the amount is taken off your next payout.
