Questions people ask
Why bring my own sending provider?
Because reputation follows the sending IP and domain. On a shared pool, a stranger sending badly affects your inbox placement. With your own provider account, your results are the consequence of your own sending.
What happens to hard bounces?
The bounce handler reads them back and marks the addresses so they stop being sent to. Complaints arrive the same way through feedback loops and are treated as unsubscribes.
Do I have to warm up a new domain?
If it has no sending history, yes — going from zero to a large send is the fastest way into a spam folder. Warmup schedules ramp the volume for you rather than leaving it to a calendar reminder.
