Do I need a website to use forms?
No. A hosted page gives you a working signup URL with no site at all. If you do have a site, the same form embeds into it.
Can I collect more than an email address?
Yes. Add custom fields to the list, put them on the form, and they are available afterwards for segmenting, personalisation and automation conditions.
Is double opt-in required?
It is your choice per list. Double opt-in costs you some signups and buys you a cleaner list and a better sending reputation — for cold traffic it is usually the right trade.
