Pricing questions
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Switch between monthly and yearly, or move up and down between plans, whenever you like from your account. Your billing is adjusted for the new plan's cycle.
How much does yearly billing actually save?
Paying for twelve months up front costs less than paying month to month. The exact saving is shown on each plan when you switch the toggle to yearly — it is calculated from the two real prices, not a rounded marketing figure.
What happens to unused sending credits?
Your sending credits refresh at the start of each cycle. They do not roll over, so the number on your plan is what you can send in a given period rather than a balance that accumulates.
What if I go over my limit?
Nothing is deleted and nothing is charged without you knowing. Sending pauses until the next cycle begins or you move to a plan with more room. Your lists, campaigns and automations stay exactly as they are.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Start on the free plan or a trial where one is offered, and add payment details only when you decide to upgrade.
