How it works

From a town name to a campaign list in three steps

No exports between tools, no copy-paste, no stale spreadsheets.

  1. Search the map

Pick a business type and a place. Narrow it with country, postal code and radius, and choose how many leads you want back — 100, 500 or 1,000.

  2. Every website gets read

The homepage and up to two contact or about pages are analysed for emails, phones, social profiles, tech stack and ad tags, then each lead is scored.

  3. Save, verify, send

Keep the leads you want in a list with tags, run the addresses through email verification, and drop them straight into a campaign or automation.

Everything a website says about the business

Each site is read — the homepage plus up to two contact or about pages — and turned into fields you can filter, segment and personalise on.

Published emails

Only addresses the business shows on its own site, each marked business or generic with a confidence level.

Phone numbers

Collected from the website alongside the email, ready for a follow-up call.

Social profiles

Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, TikTok and Pinterest, linked from the site itself.

Tech stack

CMS, ecommerce, analytics, email platform, chat, booking, payments and CDN — know what they run before you pitch.

Ad signals

Google Ads and social pixels, including tags loaded through Google Tag Manager, reported honestly as detected, none known or unknown.

Lead scores

Business, SEO and Social scores on every row, so the best opportunities sort to the top.

Scoring

Know who to contact first

The Business Score measures the opportunity for you, not how polished the business looks. A weak website or no email platform pushes a lead up the list, because that is where you can help.

  • Business Score

0–100, weighted towards the gaps you can fill.

  • SEO Score

Five buckets of on-page checks, with the failing items listed.

  • Social Score

How present the business is across the networks it links to.

Quality bands High potential Good potential Average Low information

Every lead also gets an estimated marketing-spend range and a proposal brief you can copy into your first message.

Filter, save, repeat

Keep only the leads worth keeping

Narrow the results before you save a thing, then send the keepers into a list with the fields and tags your segments need.

Questions people ask

Are the email addresses guessed?

No. An address is only shown when the business publishes it on its own website. Nothing is generated from name patterns, so every email can be traced back to the page it came from.

Do I need an API key?

No. OpenStreetMap search works out of the box at no cost. Adding your own Google Places, HERE or TomTom key widens coverage, and a Google Places key adds ratings and reviews. Any usage is billed to you by that provider directly.

How do credits work?

Searching and analysing are free. Credits are spent only when you save a lead, so you can explore as many searches as you like and pay only for the businesses you keep.

Does the scraper verify the emails it finds?

Finding and verifying are separate steps. Once leads are saved to a list, run them through email verification before you send — it is part of the same platform and the same contact database.

Which countries are covered?

Anywhere OpenStreetMap or your chosen provider has business listings. Coverage is strongest in cities and varies by region; a Google Places, HERE or TomTom key usually fills the gaps.

Is it legal to email the leads I find?

The data is information businesses publish about themselves, but the rules for contacting them depend on where you and they are. Check the law that applies to you — for example GDPR, PECR or CAN-SPAM — and always include an unsubscribe link.
